Spring 2020 Sample Menu

Base Meals:


*brown tamari-rice bowl with mushrooms, seasonal greens, and pickled vegetables, choice of sauces


*Quinoa Taco bowl with sweet potatoes, black beans, and corn, avocado aioli and salsa 


*Farro tabbouleh with eggplant falafel, grilled seasonal veggies, hummus, and tzatziki


*Mixed grain bowl with roasted seasonal vegetables,, wilted arugula, dried cranberries, pepitas, and lemon-tahini dressing


*Brown rice with chickpea-apple salad with celery, golden raisins, pecans, and Greek yogurt-curry dressing  


*Brown rice bowl with seasonal vegetable yellow curry and raita


*Lentil and vegetable burgers with sriracha aioli; sweet potato, grilled corn, and red pepper hash


*Sesame soba noodles, stir-fried Thai vegetables, and fresh herbs


*Zucchini noodles with heirloom tomato-basil confit and sautéed arugula

Custom Add-ons:

*1/4 Roast Mary's Organic chicken

*Sesame-ginger Grilled Chicken

*Grilled Free-Range Skirt Steak

*Lemon-Garlic Argentinian Wild Shrimp

$12/meal with a minimum 5 meals per week

$10/meal with 10 or more meals/week

Protein add-ons are $5/meal

We are also more than happy to accommodate custom meal prep menus at an additional cost. 

Pick up in North Hollywood Arts district at no cost. 

$10 delivery fee for locations within 10 miles of NoHo

$15-20 Delivery fee for other locations
